 Dr. Raymond Compton
Dr. Ray Compton hails from Manchester, Tennessee. Dr. Compton graduated Cum Laude from Memphis State University with a B.S. in Biology and Chemistry. Dr. Compton received his M.D. from the University of Tennessee and went on to complete a residency in General Surgery at ETSU . He then completed a Critical Care, and Nutrition fellowship at the University of Miami before accepting a position on the staff of East Tennessee State University.
Dr. Compton has been Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Critical Care. He is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and past president of the Tennessee chapter. Dr. Compton has served as the Chief of Surgery at Henry County Medical Center.
